Intraparotid Plexiform Neurofibroma (PN) is extremely rare. Its local invasive feature potentially leads to cosmetic deformities and functional damage. We present a case of right parotid PN in a 19-year-old gentleman. This case report highlights the importance of early diagnosis of PN, its surgical difficulty, and possible complications.
