Abstract:
Lacticaseibacillus paracasei is a lactic acid bacterium commonly present in various dairy products and known to have probiotic properties. Here, we report the complete genome sequences of two L. paracasei strains isolated from dairy products in Finland and Ethiopia. Both strains contain about 3 Mb chromosomes with several plasmids.
