Plasma Fibrinogen chain A mRNA (FGA mRNA) shows promise for diagnosing hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Combining FGA mRNA with alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) significantly improves HCC detection accuracy, particularly in patients with low AFP levels.
