Abstract:
We present a case of malignant acanthosis nigricans in association with primary adenocarcinoma of the gallbladder. The extreme rarity of the association is noted and discussed in light of the relevant literature and the suggested pathogenic mechanisms of malignant acanthosis nigricans.
