To build their career, some women opt to postpone motherhood. Infertility is a major concern globally, affecting couples worldwide. The causes of infertility may vary from lifestyle factors to medical conditions. To preserve fertility or delayed parenthood, oocyte cryopreservation is one of the advanced techniques used in ART. Oocyte cryopreservation is a technology that is gaining popularity, with an increasing percentage of reproductive-aged patients who wish to preserve their fertility for future family planning. This case report shows the journey of a couple experiencing primary infertility, where the female partner had already undergone oocyte preservation before she got married. After 6 years, when she got married, the couple returned and decided to conceive by using freeze oocytes. Later, the oocytes were thawed, and intra cytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) and embryo transfer (ET) were performed. Ultimately, positive results were obtained, as indicated by a positive beta hCG.
