Intracardiac echocardiography imaging integration with 3D mapping during premature ventricular complexes ablation.

CASE SUMMARY

A 73-year-old male patient with idiopathic premature ventricular complexes originating from the left ventricular outflow tract in the left coronary cusp area underwent radiofrequency ablation with tridimensional electroanatomic mapping and intracardiac echocardiography imaging integration, which permitted identification and avoidance of the left coronary artery ostium.
