Diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) and apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) maps show promise in differentiating ovarian masses. Combining DWI with T1 + Gadolinium (GAD) enhances diagnostic performance for distinguishing benign from malignant ovarian lesions.
