Abstract:
Flexible sensors are mainly used in medical treatment, human body signal monitoring, and other fields and are an important part of flexible electronic devices, with high sensitivity, good mechanical properties, and other advantages. However, human signal monitoring devices are often hindered from being put to medical use due to the disadvantages of large size, slow response time, and poor mechanical properties. In this regard, in this paper, by means of electrostatic spinning technology, the composite spinning of polyacrylonitrile, N,N-dimethylformamide, and AgCl, AgOCN piezoresistive sensors with a gradient pore structure were constructed, combined with the sandwich packaging process integrated into the fixture, integrated with sensors such as coin cell, AD acquisition module, and 4G communication module on STM32 microcontroller, assembled into lightweight, flexible sensing devices. By doping the proportion of Ag+, having significantly optimized sensor performance, the wide detection range was boosted to 300 kPa (60× improvement over Fe+ doping), and the response/recovery times were 110 and 340 ms. In addition, tests of basic human movement, such as finger flexion, phonation, and breathing, were all found to have good applications. Based on their excellent mechanical properties, homemade foot sensors are used for critical point monitoring of walking, stair climbing, and other behaviors. A series of experiments reflect that the present AgOCN piezoresistive sensor has a good ability to detect human motion.
