Aldosterone synthase inhibitors (ASIs) show promise for treating resistant hypertension by reducing aldosterone. Our research developed a novel heterocyclic compound demonstrating effective aldosterone inhibition and a strong pharmacokinetic-pharmacodynamic relationship in preclinical models.
