Postpartum Physical Activity Intervention Among Women With Gestational Diabetes: A Randomized Controlled Trial

Wearing ankle weights postpartum did not significantly impact weight, body fat, or biomarkers in women with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). This intervention showed no added benefit over standard care for postpartum recovery in GDM patients.
