Background:

Purpose of the Study:

  • To compare implant survival, Oxford Knee Score (OKS), EuroQol-5 Dimension 3-level version (EQ-5D-3L) scores, and intraoperative complications.
  • To evaluate UKRs performed with computer navigation or patient-specific instrumentation against conventional instrumentation.

Main Methods:

  • Observational study using National Joint Registry data (2003-2020) of primary UKR for osteoarthritis.
  • Propensity score weighting was used to adjust for covariates, with Cox proportional hazards and generalized linear models for analysis.
