None:
Surgical techniques for acromioclavicular joint dislocations have been disputed. Recently, arthroscopic nonrigid fixation techniques had become the mainstream for treating acute acromioclavicular joint dislocations. Nevertheless, complications of these techniques, which drill bone tunnels and maintain reduction by metal suspensory devices, are increasingly reported. We designed an arthroscopic nondrilling and nonrigid fixation technique. The main innovations of our technique are nondrilling suture fixation and unique self-locking "Zhuti" knot. A nondrilling technique avoids risk of fractures. Soft-wire knots lead to milder stimulation. Furthermore, the simpler procedures and lower costs of this technique make it easier to promote.
