Quality indicators for pharmacist follow-up of diabetes mellitus: A RAND-modified Delphi method

Belgian pharmacists now have validated quality indicators to assess diabetes care. This study developed 14 indicators to improve pharmaceutical services for diabetes mellitus patients.
