Maternal Vulnerability Index and Severe Maternal Morbidity.

The Maternal Vulnerability Index (MVI) was not linked to severe maternal morbidity (SMM) during delivery but was associated with postpartum SMM. Higher MVI scores indicate increased risk for adverse outcomes within 42 days after delivery.
