Summary

Small extracellular vesicles expressing PD-L1 (sEV-PD-L1) may predict immune checkpoint inhibitor response. A decrease in circulating sEV-PD-L1 was observed during pseudoprogression in a metastatic melanoma patient, suggesting its potential diagnostic utility.
