Beyond Grades: Rethinking Assessment Practices in Professional Physical Therapist Education

An ungraded assessment approach in physical therapist education positively impacted adaptive learning skills, learner well-being, and self-regulated learning. This method effectively evaluated student mastery without compromising academic rigor, demonstrating its value for future implementation.
