Lifestyle modifications are increasingly recognized as first-line interventions in managing hypertension, as they can significantly lower blood pressure (BP) and enhance overall cardiovascular health. This review synthesizes expert consensus on the role of lifestyle modifications, involving dietary changes, weight management, physical activity, and stress reduction, in the management and prevention of hypertension.
