Does Unicondylar Knee Arthroplasty Failure Mode Impact Conversion Total Knee Arthroplasty Outcomes?

Unicondylar knee arthroplasty (UKA) conversion to total knee arthroplasty (TKA) shows similar survivorship to primary TKA, regardless of the initial UKA failure mode. This procedure also demonstrates better outcomes than revision TKA.
