Computed tomography and magnetic resonance of pseudomyxoma peritonei

Computed tomographic and magnetic resonance (MR) findings in a case of pseudomyxoma peritonei arising from a mucoid cystadenoma of the ovary are presented. The possible diagnostic aid of MR is discussed.
