The concept of temperament, expressed as Temperament in the Unani medical system and Mizaj (Temperament) in Persian medicine, is expressed as something that liquids and similar things mix with. Temperament is an important concept that is innate and plays a role in the formation of personal and physical characteristics with the effect of the qualities of the four elements, namely heat, cold, dryness and wetness, on each other, as well as affecting disease tendencies and health. Temperament allows each individual to be recognized and classified according to their morphological, physiological and psychological characteristics.
