Hand and digital ballistic injuries range from those treated nonoperatively to those requiring multiple staged surgical interventions. Surgical intervention includes stepwise intervention for fractures, tendon, nerve, and vascular injuries. The goal of management is stable fixation and, when able, early range of motion.
