Food insecurity disproportionately affects Two-Spirit, Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, and Intersex (2S/LGBTQI+) individuals in Canada. This study co-designs a safer, inclusive food security service model with and for 2S/LGBTQI+ communities.
