Gray Platelet Syndrome (GPS) is a rare bleeding disorder causing mild to moderate bleeding. Genetic mutation in NBEAL2 confirmed GPS in an 8-year-old boy with characteristic large, pale platelets.

- This mutation confirmed the diagnosis of Gray Platelet Syndrome.
- Mean platelet volume was elevated at 12.8 fL.
