Giant tumour of the scalp

A successfully removed giant tumour of the scalp in a 30-year-old woman is reported. Although a histopathologic diagnosis could not be established, this tumour was probably a plexiform neurofibroma, resembling the cases described in the literature mainly during the 19th century.
