  • Daily training duration, vertical jump, and skeletal muscle mass index were associated with overuse injuries.

  • Logistic regression showed significantly elevated injury risk in Cluster 3 (OR=25.7), with good predictive accuracy (AUC=0.77).

Conclusions:

  • Imbalances between physical function and training load contribute to overuse injuries.
  • Cluster analysis-based risk profiling is effective for identifying at-risk athletes.
  • Personalized injury prevention strategies can be developed based on these risk profiles.
