Sleep and daytime function in people with spinal cord injury

For veterans with spinal cord injury (SCI), insomnia symptoms and poor sleep quality significantly impact daytime function and quality of life. Sleep-disordered breathing severity, however, showed no such association. Addressing insomnia is key for improving function in this population.
