Summary

A diet high in omega-3 and low in omega-6 fatty acids (H3L6) reduced headache frequency and pain intensity in persistent post-traumatic headache (pPTH) patients. This dietary intervention also increased the antinociceptive mediator 17-hydroxy-DHA.
