Abstract:
This clinical report describes the use of digital occlusal analysis and electroneuromyography to evaluate the muscle activity and occlusal force of an edentulous patient before and after rehabilitation with a complete arch implant-supported definitive prosthesis. An edentulous patient presenting with loss of occlusal vertical dimension was treated by following a completely digital workflow. Objective functional data were recorded before and after treatment to evaluate improvements in occlusal balance and neuromuscular coordination. This report highlights the clinical value of integrating functional diagnostic tools into the digitally assisted implant prosthetic workflow to enhance the precision and predictability of treatment outcomes.
