    • Ectopic prostatic tissue is an uncommon finding.
    • It is frequently observed in younger male patients.

    Observation:

    • The most common symptoms associated with this condition include hematuria (blood in urine) and hemospermia (blood in semen).

    Findings:

    • This lesion is histologically benign.
    • Transurethral fulguration is considered an adequate and effective treatment modality.

    Implications:

    • Early diagnosis and appropriate treatment are crucial for managing symptoms.
    • Understanding the benign nature of ectopic prostatic tissue aids in appropriate clinical management and patient counseling.
