Patient Reported Outcomes for Maisonneuve Fractures using PROMIS Physical Function Scores

Surgically treated Maisonneuve fractures show favorable patient-reported outcomes. This study used Patient-Reported Outcomes Measurement Information System (PROMIS) Physical Function (PF) and Pain Intensity (PI) scores to evaluate results.

- Results indicate favorable outcomes for surgical management of Maisonneuve fractures.
- Different syndesmotic fixation methods may impact functional outcomes.
