Abstract:
This study demonstrates a liposome-targeted and accelerated CRISPR strategy for specific response of miR-21 within MCF-7 cells. Targeting was achieved with the help of modification of the MUC1 aptamer. MnO2 NS could be used as both a delivery vehicle and an accelerator for the CRISPR system, and finally to achieve spatially selective imaging of miR-21.
