[The migration, localization, and lysis of transferred lymphocytes in the mouse]

10 days after the injection of lymphocytes labeled with 51Cr, in the footpads of syngenic mice, 70 p. cent of the label is still present in the footpads. The 51Cr that comes out of the lymphocytes is eliminated from the footpads in less than 24 hrs. In this way it is possible to study the cytolysis of allogenic lymphocytes in vivo.
