Case:
We report a case of a 32-year-old woman with an extra-axial chordoma arising in the distal tibia, and its epicenter was posterior intracortical of the tibia with intramedullary and soft tissue extension with expression of brachyury on immunohistochemical analysis. The clinical presentation, the investigations, the treatment plan, and follow-up were discussed. Moreover, a review of literature about the reported cases was documented.
Conclusion:
We present this case because this category of tumor is rarely reported in literature and to increase the awareness of musculoskeletal oncologists.
