Oral Cannabis for Taxane-Induced Neuropathy: A Pilot Randomized Placebo-Controlled Study

This pilot study found that while oral cannabis was feasible and well-tolerated for taxane-induced peripheral neuropathy (TIPN) pain, it worsened neuropathy and sleep outcomes compared to placebo. Further research on cannabis for TIPN is warranted.
