Abstract:
This is an corrigendum to the article entitled 'Edge state behavior in a Su-Schrieffer-Heeger like model with periodically modulated hopping' (Kar 2024J. Phys.: Condens. Matter36065301). The surface plots for the two dimensional hopping modulated Su-Schrieffer-Heeger (SSH) model that was shown there turned out to be not correct due to one error in the Mathematica code that generated the same. Though major results do not change because of that, one key feature of observing 'satellite peaks' in those plots has now proved to be mere artifact arising out of this error. Therefore the required amendment of the plots and related texts are included in this corrigendum.
