Early Tirofiban Infusion after Intravenous Thrombolysis for Stroke

Early tirofiban treatment improved functional outcomes in acute ischemic stroke patients receiving thrombolysis. This study found a higher likelihood of excellent recovery with tirofiban, though with a slightly increased risk of hemorrhage.
