Surgical guides have been used in esthetic crown lengthening but are often limited by soft tissue undercuts and the inability to visualize tooth contour. This technical report describes a digital workflow for fabricating a novel surgical guide designed to address these limitations. By using digital technology, this approach ensures precise adaptation to soft tissue and enhances anatomic landmark visualization for surgeons. The method is versatile and suitable for both restorative and nonrestorative treatments.
