[Juvenile neoplasms according to their histologic types in East Germany]

Abstract:
In the GDR from 1973 to 1977, 2099 neoplasms were reported in children under 15 years of age. Cases are tabulated by age, sex and histologic type and the corresponding incidence rates are shown. The frequency of specific histologic types are contrasted for adults and children. In addition sex- and age-specific differences in the incidence of various tumor groups are presented.
