Parental presence improves pediatric MRI success without sedation: a prospective randomized study

Parental presence during magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) significantly improves success rates in young children (3-6 years). This simple, safe, and low-cost strategy is recommended as a first-line approach for pediatric MRI.
