Through Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM), supplier integration, internal integration, procurement planning, and production planning, this research explores the influence of better enterprise resource planning (ERP) on firm performance. Employees and supervisors of a manufacturing company that has adopted ERP and been accredited by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) in its environmental management system make up the population. A questionnaire on a five-point Likert scale was utilized to collect data. Four hundred eighty questionnaires were issued to the employees, with 273 judged valid for analysis and a valid response rate of 56.9 % despite challenges like survey fatigue and limited respondent availability, which were addressed through targeted follow-up strategies. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) software was used to analyze the data. All eight of the preset hypotheses were found to be correct. Supplier integration, internal integration, and GSCM all benefit from improved ERP. GSCM is influenced by internal integration. GSCM is influenced by supplier integration. Procurement, manufacturing, and business performance are all affected by GSCM. Procurement planning moderates the relationship between enhanced ERP and supplier integration. Production planning moderates the relationship between enhanced ERP and internal integration. According to the study, GSCM, internal integration, and supplier integration mediate the effect of expanded ERP on firm performance, whereas procurement and production planning moderate the influence of enhanced ERP on supplier integration and internal integration. The research methodology used in this study is unique in that it examines the link between the six characteristics simultaneously, using GSCM, internal integration, and supplier integration as mediating variables and procurement planning and production planning as moderating variables. The report gives managers ideas on enhancing their company's supply chain management performance. This research might possibly add to existing GSCM studies.
