A Novel Application of the PROPEL Implant in Ethmoid CSF Leak Repair

We present a novel application of the PROPEL implant as a scaffold for graft stabilization in ethmoid CSF leak repair, aiming to prevent frontal sinus obstruction and reduce postoperative complications. In a cohort of 11 patients, the technique demonstrated successful graft integration without evidence of sinusitis or obstruction during follow-up. The findings suggest that the PROPEL implant enhances surgical outcomes by maintaining sinus patency and minimizing inflammation, warranting further investigation into its broader applications.
