Glanular Ischemia following Glans Penis Augmentation: A Rare Case Report

• Glans penis ischemia was diagnosed, secondary to hyaluronic acid filler injection.
• Urgent treatment with hyaluronidase resulted in significant improvement of glans penis color.
• Adjunctive therapies included aspirin and nitroglycerin cream for clot prevention and vasodilation.

Implications:

• Vascular complications, though rare, are a potential risk of glans penis hyaluronic acid filler injections.
• Early recognition and immediate hyaluronidase administration are critical for reversing ischemia and preventing necrosis.
• Informed patient consent regarding potential adverse events is essential.
