Abstract:
Arthroscopic techniques for posterolateral corner reconstructions of the knee have been described, and most techniques use a transseptal approach. This transseptal approach lies in close proximity to the popliteal neurovascular bundle and in select cases the use of a transseptal approach may preferably be avoided. Our technique alternatively uses dual posterolateral portals for arthroscopic popliteus tendon reconstruction without the need for a transseptal approach.
