Development and validation of a prognostic staging system for primary plasma cell leukemia

A new staging system for primary plasma cell leukemia (pPCL) effectively stratifies patients using lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), thrombocytopenia, and high-risk cytogenetic abnormalities. This model improves prognostic accuracy for this rare multiple myeloma subtype.
