The novel AccuTOX® platform enhances mesenchymal stromal cells (MSCs) for cancer vaccination, reducing antigen dose requirements. This second-generation ARM-X vaccine effectively targets multiple solid tumors by activating the unfolded protein response (UPR) for antigen cross-presentation.
