Unusual presentation of inferior thyroid artery aneurysm

Abstract:
A rare case is reported of an aneurysm of the inferior thyroid artery with hoarseness as the only presenting symptom. The aneurysm was excised. Six years after the operation the patient is well and free of symptoms.
