Nasal Septal Deviation and Its Association With Maxillary Sinus Volume and Sinusitis: A Computed Tomography Study

Nasal septal deviation impacts maxillary sinus volume but does not increase the risk of developing maxillary sinusitis. This study analyzed CT scans of 470 patients to understand this relationship.
