Purification of active staphylococcal alpha-toxin produced in Bacillus subtilis

Bacillus subtilis successfully produced biologically active alpha-toxin (Hla) from Staphylococcus aureus. This safe, endotoxin-free system offers a scalable platform for Hla research and development.
