Exercise in Patients With Bicuspid Aortic Valve and Aortic Dilation

Vigorous exercise did not accelerate aortic growth in patients with bicuspid aortic valve (BAV) and aortic dilation. This suggests current exercise restrictions for BAV patients may be overly cautious and could deter healthy behaviors.
