Breakthrough Seizures in Children Receiving Valproate Therapy.

Breakthrough seizures in children on valproate therapy are not linked to serum valproate levels. This study found no association between drug levels and clinical factors, suggesting other causes for these seizures in pediatric epilepsy patients.
